how to demagnetize a clothing store sensor at home after buying the outfit?
I bought some clothes from Ann Taylor and the saleslady’s attempt at demagnetizing the sensors sewn into the clothing apparently didn’t work because when I wore the outfit, I set off alarms everytime I walked into another store. do I just use a magnet and swipe it over the clothes or what?
I don’t believe this question. If it had a magnetized sensor in the clothing, it would have set off alarms in the store you “bought” them from. They have devices in the store that demagnetize these sensors. If you “bought” the clothing from Ann Taylor, they would NOT have let you leave the store if the sensor was NOT demagnetized.
