Question about T-Mobile?

Ok so I just recently got a Sidekick 3 in July. I didn’t know that it had such a strong magnet until after just a few days ago. I have a pacemaker and a defibrillator in my chest. I am afraid that the sidekick has affected it or will affect it in the future. Is there a way that T-Mobile could refund me for my phone, or cancel my plan , or allow me to pick a different phone for free? Thanks for your responses :)

Yes they should be able to do that. Just tell them the situation and keep your cool if the first person you ask says know. If the first person says no then ask politely to speak to a supervisor. Call 611 from the cellphone or 1-800-937-8997 from any phone.
