I am not alone in suffering from arthritis. While driving, each time I changed gear I was jolted with pain. My wrist throbbed and ached. Even the shortest journey was agony. So my solution was to get a passenger to push and pull the gear lever while I focused on not crashing.

That is where none of the participants have any idea which treatment they are getting. The participants know all about pain. They were 194 sufferers of acute osteoarthritis. They were divided into 3 groups. One had a genuine magnetic bracelet like mine. A second group had a look-a-like bracelet with a standard ‘magnotherapy’ insert. The third group had a bracelet but no magnetic chip in order to test the ‘placebo’ effect.
Only the first group reported consistently lower pain levels. I didn’t need the scientific reassurance to tell me that my magnetic arthritis pain relief bracelet has given me back the pleasure of driving.
